How long will this take to set up?
Just make payment and register in your member’s area and your membership and affiliate site is set up instantly! Many third party programs may require independent registration. That information will be posted in the FAQ pages of the selected program.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you, unless you provide it to us. We use cookies to track sales, only. Your name and email address will only be made available to your sponsors. Such information will never be shared, given away, or sold. You may unsubscribe and/or cancel your account(s) at any time. Credit card data is never stored on our server.

Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. Just $39.95 per month pays for all the services we offer. There are no hidden fees ever!

Do I have to be a paid member of MAL to join?
No. You may be an unpaid member of MAL and earn commissions on 1st tier sales only. Unpaid members will never qualify to join other programs in the network or earn commissions on power market sales, unless they upgrade for maximum earning potential. The choice is yours.

I'm already a paid member of MAL. How can I join the Health N Wealth or the other programs?
Just Login at the link above, and click on "ALL PROGRAMS", and then click the Health N Wealth link to join.

What happens to my Qualified Reps, if I am unpaid member?
As an unpaid MAL member, if you sponsor paid members, you will earn $10, but pass up the power market sale commission to your upline. If your sponsored members become paid members before you do, you will lose all the levels of the power market commissions again, though you will still get the 1st tier (direct sales commission) payment from those members.

What if someone tries to bypass my affiliate link?
They can't! MAL will not accept orders from our root domain. If someone bypasses your link, there will be no signup or payment links available for them to purchase a membership.

Where does my payment go?
When you join with your monthly fee of $39.95, $10 goes to your sponsor, $10 goes to your power sponsor, and $19.95 covers administrative fees, which includes business overhead, as well as ongoing support, upgrades, and your affiliate web site hosting.

Website And File System Questions:

Do I need a domain or web hosting account?
No. Your site will appear on http://www.myautomaticleads.com, misautoventas.com, hnwspace.com and saludydinero.com with your affiliate ID to track your sales. You simply promote your affiliate links to make sales.

Do you provide support?
Yes. We provide unlimited customer support (within reason).

Does this system come with an autoresponder?
Yes and No. “My Automatic Leads System ” does not come with a user controlled autoresponder, but all contacts are placed into My Automatic Leads System Newsletter which markets our products for you automatically. This system ensures the best email delivery rates and sales conversion numbers.

How can I email to my referrals?
Just login to our member’s area anytime. You can view and email your entire downline at once.

How do I update my account information?
You can update your account information through the main menu in your back office. Simply click on the "Account" tab.

How do I update the information in my viral Ebooks?
You can update your viral ebook information through the main menu in your back office. Simply click on the "Account" tab, and scroll to the bottom of the page.

I can't read the Abobe Acrobat Files, what do I do?
We suggest installing the latest version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be found at www.Adobe.com. If you continue to have problems, you can email the files to another computer at work, or friend's home where they can be opened and printed.

Commission Questions:

A lead purchased a product, but I didn't get credit for it. Why not?
There are several reasons this might occur:

1: The lead may have purchased the product from another affiliate. The tracking system places a cookie on the lead's hard-drive for tracking and recognition. The cookie is in place for 375 days and will give credit to the LAST affiliate link they person clicked on.

For example, if John went to Bob's website last month, and then went to your website yesterday, you would get credit for the sale. This is considered standard "affiliate ethics" within the internet industry.

2: If the cookies are deleted on a lead's computer, or if their security settings do not allow cookies to be placed, tracking will not occur and you will not receive credit for the sale. This is a normal part of internet marketing and is simply accepted as a standard.

But here's the good news... Commission payments are essentially "bullet-proof" with the “My Automatic Leads System ” because we take time each day to compare the order date-base with the prospect database to ensure that every single affiliate is given credit for every sale they have produced. If a prospect joined your page and subscribes, you will get credit for it!
As far as we know, “My Automatic Leads System ” is the only affiliate program in the industry that provides our partners with such a service!

Can I get a refund?
No. Your MAL membership is a service, and as such, is non-refundable. All sales are final. You understand and agree that any or all of our services are subject to change without notice.

Do I make commissions on my own purchases if I buy through my site?
No. Commissions will always be paid to the person who introduced you to our family of products.

How much do I make per sale/month?
A $20.00 monthly commission is paid on every sale of the “My Automatic Leads Program. $10 goes to sponsor and $10 goes to the power sponsor, most of the times is the same person.

When and how are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid monthly. Commissions are paid within three days of the end of each cycle.

We HIGHLY recommend that you choose to receive commissions via PayPal so we can send your funds immediately.

To add your PayPal address to your account, simply go to your back office and click on "Edit Account" You can add your PP email address in the proper form line.

International Affiliates Please NOTE: If you live outside the US, you MUST choose to receive commissions via PayPal. Checks will not be mailed outside the US.

If you live within the US and would like to receive commissions via check, a $10.00 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the total.

Why didn't I get an email notification for my sales?
Ideally, you "should" get an email every time someone visits your site or buys a product, but that simply isn't the case with today's email filtering.

ALWAYS make sure you log into your back office and run a prospect "LIST" search to see your new leads, and a commissions check for your sales.

lead Questions:

How do I add people to my back office?
You can not add prospects to the system manually. In order for the affiliate tracking to take place, the lead must personally visit one of your MAL System websites.

We simply recommend following the instructions on the "Fast Start" Page (link below) to introduce people to your system.

How do I view my prospects in the back office?
From your back office, click on the "List Prospects" icon. You will be taken to a new page where you may set any listing criteria you wish. Next, hit the "List Prospects" button on the right to display your leads.

Should I call my leads? What do I say?
Absolutely! That's what the MAL system is all about! Please visit the Marketing Materials page for details. Not only will you make great new contacts for your primary business, but you increase your product sales by up to 500%!
